Everything about it is dedicated to accomplishing one single goal – help you beat your weight loss struggle & achieve your fitness goals.
I am a big believer in finding the balance between life and the gym.
Exercise can do more than just pump out endorphins after a workout. It can bleed over into all areas of your life, teaching you so much more about yourself.
It’s All Mental.
I believe in a mindset-focused approach to weight loss.
There’s a good chance you already know what you need to do to lose weight. Knowledge isn’t the issue.
There are no secrets.
Your mind can often be the deciding factor for how you perform. When the going gets tough, you have to remind yourself that things could always be worse.
Learn to push past your mental boundaries; learn to stick with something to see results & being okay with being uncomfortable.
Fitness is a constant process – your strength and endurance will always ebb and flow, and it’s not going to change overnight.
Our Fitness Philosophy
Don’t train for any special events, train for life. Life is your biggest challenge, train to stay on top of it.
The more you sweat in practice, the less you bleed in battle.
If you don’t make time for exercise now, you should make time for illness later.
What you do to your body affects your whole self – the body is the mind.
You’ve heard the saying that you have to love yourself first before loving another—fitness is all about taking care of your body’s needs above all else.
My biggest lessons were learnt through all my mistakes – the months spent spinning my wheels and learning the right lessons the long way.
Fitness is an individual journey and you are solely responsible for your success.
Weight loss is a simple physiological process, but it’s psychologically complex. Our thoughts and emotions are what drive our actions.
The biggest component of the journey is patience.
You never hear about this from anyone. You can’t market patience. You can’t sell patience.
It is a virtue that must be instilled intrinsically by YOU.
No one wants to tell you that the journey is long. No one wants to tell you that YOU could be the obstacle to your fitness goals.
No one wants to hear that it requires sacrifice. No one wants to talk about the changes required to make it happen because change is hard.
People prefer hearing about the quick fix, the magic pill – so that all you hear and see.
You know what’s healthy. You know what it means to move your body and be active.
The problem is taking action and persisting through the struggle.
The struggle is where the breakthroughs happen. It’s when you learn the most about yourself. This is where you transform.
This journey is not for everyone.
If you are still reading this – it is for you.
We are here to help you.
